That wall is part of the desk
A green accent wall with vertical slat panels, and three 27 inch monitors that look like they hang on it. They are bolted to a board that is bolted to the sit-stand desk, so they rise and fall with it.
Crafty-Bill8720's three screens look like they hang on the wall. They are bolted to a board, and the board is bolted to the desk. The board is painted Privilege Green by Sherwin-Williams, the same colour as the wall behind it. The vertical slat panels either side hide where one stops and the other starts. The desk rises, and the screens rise with it.
The desk is a Flexispot E7 Pro frame under a custom top. A local cabinet shop cut the top to 30 by 96 inches, in MDF with a hardwood perimeter. It cost about a hundred and fifty dollars. Felt pads on the back of the board hold it off the plaster, levelled so it only touches at full height. It is steady on carpet, and would be steadier on a hard floor.
The three screens are identical 27 inch panels. Each one sits on a cheap VESA wall mount, and the slotted holes in the mounts took some fiddling to line all three up. Every cable runs down behind the board instead of through the wall, and comes out at a cut-out underneath.
A Mac and a PC share the desk. A cheap KVM switch disappointed, so one screen now runs off the Mac and two off the PC, and InputLeap passes the mouse and keyboard between them. Before that, a Thunderbolt dock drove one screen directly and a DisplayLink adapter drove the other two, all 4K at 60Hz.
Two wall lights hung to the right of the desk on the day of the photo, with the cord running down the wall. They came down soon after. The chair is a Staples Dexley.
