The fourth screen holds the map

Three 65 inch OLEDs in an arc around a leather recliner, and a fourth screen above them that carries the map, the ammunition and the squad.

Three 65 inch LG C2 OLEDs stand in an arc around one leather recliner, and a 55 inch Nano80 sits above them. The screen above carries no game. OBS crops the map, the ammunition count and the squad list out of Battlefield 6 and puts each one full screen onto it, so the centre screen stays clear and Edenspawn looks up instead of turning his head.

One Radeon RX 7900 XTX drives all four. Most games hold a steady sixty frames a second with FSR and frame generation, Battlefield 6 runs at about seventy, and a game three or four years old runs at a hundred and twenty. A 5090 build is coming, and this computer then goes to his girlfriend. She plays in the same room, on an Xbox connected to the screen on the right.

The screens pivot inwards for driving. A Thrustmaster TX base with a Sparco R383 rally wheel stands in the right corner, under the air conditioning. A low wooden unit in front of the centre screen carries the keyboard, the mouse, two Xbox controllers and a row of remotes: the air conditioning, the three main televisions, the soundbar and the screen above. The sound is a 7.1.4 Atmos soundbar with rear speakers.

The seat is a La-Z-Boy rocker recliner, and film posters cover the walls around the screens. The room came to about twelve thousand dollars. Some nights Edenspawn plays on the centre screen alone, because frames and immersion pull against each other.
